Design and Quality of our Products

The durability of the products is a proven fact thanks to their design and quality of their material. We work so you can enjoy thousands of hours of workouts and experiences with the same level of confidence and security as the first day. More than a contract, our guarantee is our personal commitment that our customers are satisfied with their choice from the beginning and over time. All materials have a solid structure that ensures the security during training. To ensure the durability of all steel parts, proven permanence coatings such as zinc and closures with galvanized anti-vandalism design, with 700mm foundation anchorage, are used. Polyester powder paint: all metal components with coatings must be free of welds and splashes. All pieces are carefully washed in a 5-phase pretreating process. They are then carefully dried and processed by means of a set of automatic sprayers that apply electrostatic powder paint. The pieces are then placed in the oven about 200º degrees, the average thickness of the powder paint will always be 0.10 mm. Long-lasting polyester powder (TGIC) is specially manufactured for optimal resistance against ultraviolet rays and brightness retention.
