Street Workout
Street workout is a way of training on the street using your own body and surroundings. The Street Workout emerged in Brooklyn where Afro-Americans competed to see who was the strongest using their surroundings such as public parks, public squares, streetlights, bars and at other times doing extreme exercises, using the street as a large gym.
Since then, it has increase noticeably with organized groups such as Ruff Ryders from USA or Bartendaz have contributed to its dissemination and they have been able to publicize their work thanks to YouTube, where thousands of people around the world have seen them and have begun to practice it.
The main exercises are pull-ups, push-ups, dips, muscle-ups, squats, crunches, among others. The Street Workout also includes static exercises or also called tricks, like the human flag, front lever, ack lever, planks, magic, super ole, 360, among others.
